Scientists these days believe that the irrational fear of the effects of time might well be the cause of premature ageing. It is the fear of time, not time itself that has a destructive consequence on our minds as well as on our bodies. Time is infinite, and age is not a journey of years, but the dawn of wisdom. Even though in this day and age the emphasis is placed on youth in spite of the fact that youth stands for inexperience, lack of sensitivity, and most of the time hasty judgment to mention but a few.
